What We Do

The Disney Club at UCLA is a student-run organization created to celebrate the cultural and creative impact of the Walt Disney Company through its media and merchandise offerings, as well as theme park experiences. Our educational entertainment, including bi-weekly open discussions and quarterly social outings, the Disney Club strives to create a community in which students and faculty can be elevated through the magic of Disney.

Application Process

Open to All
Deadline: Jan. 7 at 12:00 AM
All UCLA affiliated students, staff, and faculty are eligible to become General Members of the Club and attend General Meetings and Special Events.

Written Application
Deadline: Jan. 7 at 12:00 AM
Our written application, consisting of short answer questions, opens three times a year after each preceding quarter. Applicants may apply for consideration in multiple positions on our Leadership Board. Apply via our website under "Prospective Team Members."

Coffee Chat
Deadline: Jan. 11 at 6:00 PM
Accepted applicants are notified of their acceptance via email. Once accepted, they will meet the rest of the Board via text message or Zoom/in-person to induct them onto the Board.

Interview
Deadline: Jan. 7 at 12:00 AM
Applicants who have met all requirements for the written application are passed into phase two for interviews with our Board. These consist of short responses about your background, qualifications, and interests in each position so we can better make our selection and place you in your final role. Typically conducted in person, due to quarantine these have been adapted into a list of short responses answered through brief videos submitted via email or Google Drive.
