"HandsOn is UCLA's only ASL club and we strive to help spread d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing culture through our discussions, and give those in the d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities a space on campus."
What We Do
We meet once a week and the club's officers teach beginner's ASL and take part in discussions on topics surrounding d/Deaf culture, and we integrate ASL into games/fun exercises for the members. Sometimes we will have "cultural events," which will include going to d/Deaf events (when circumstances allow) and watching d/Deaf movies/short films.

We are open to everyone who wishes to join the club, so long as they remain respectful of others and of the club's purpose. Simply check our Instagram (@handsonucla) or Facebook page for more information, and DM if you wish to be added to the email list!
